Technology Challeneged

Ok so I'm trying to see if I can get these links to work but so far have'nt had much luck with using my tablet.
I use alot of Amanda Russell's workouts because I love how easy to understand they are and that not only do I not have to go to the gym but I don't have to go and buy equipment. There are some routines where she might have a dumbell but she'll tell you that if you don't have one use, say a water bottle. =)

Right now I am using the  5 Bridal Moves along with some exercises from 6min abs, 4min energizer. I do them after taking the girls to the bus stop and Before eating breakfast (starting around 7:50)
